If I update using JA Extensions Manager,and the I was discover to a lot of unknown extension.

Hello chendfy,

yes, Those files are generated by JA Ext manager.
The problem is Joomla misunderstand it as manifest file of Joomla’s Extension (but their structure is not).
Please dont worry about them, just disable them (extension with prefix is jaupdater.)
