Hi is it possible to have top menu with update and current date on Ja_Edenite template for J1.7.

i already have put a file insite the folder block called topbar.

but still doesn’t show up on the site…

any suggestions ?

If i have understood your question you want a topbar above the header to publish the date something like ja_Social Template right ?

look here i have done this post for the Ja_portfolio but is valid for the Ja-edenite too

in your layout you must put
<block name="topbar" type="topbar"></block>
above
<block name="header" type="header"></block>

ohhh yesh…that what i was missing..the layout page…
it should be put in /ja_edenite/core/etc/layouts/default.xml right?
