July 21, 2011 at 6:20 pm #166573Hi, we face the following display errors as seen in the screenshots:
1. IE9-compatibility-view OK!
2. IE9 display errorNow we have added an additional block (navhelper2) right below the slider. The mentioned display errors are, of course, still there and even one with Firefox.
So now the we have the following questions:
1. How can we get rid of the display errors in IE & FF?
2. How can we move up the three boxes so the are a bit over the slider image as it is without the additional block (navhelper2)?Any help is appreciated!
Greetings from Munich.

July 21, 2011 at 6:36 pm #402370You are using a very old version of both the template and the JAT3 Plugin. You will need to update these to the latest releases.
Template – Yours 1.0.1beta, Current 1.1.0
JAT3 Plugin – Yours 1.2.0, Current 1.2.9

July 21, 2011 at 7:00 pm #402375If you have done changes correctly then you should not loose anything upgrading the plugin. However some people have advised to some users to adjust code in the plugin. IMO that should not happen.
Whenever you make changes to the code you should always take notes so you can re-apply them at a later date.
However, JA have come up with a clever system called the JA Extension Manager. This will detail any changes you have made to the template (but not the plugin) so you can see what to adjust. You can update all JA components through the JA Extension Manager component.
