The top bar isn’t shown at the correct position when IE8 is set to display Teline IV in compatibility mode.

This issue must be corrected before the template can be used for production sites.

Dear deanandeva!

We have checked the demo and do not see the issue as reported by you.

Now your site isn’t working, so i am not able to check your site. This is simple CSS issue, you should use the developer tool to find and correct it in your site.

If the problem persists, let me know. I shall check it again for you.
