Hi,

I would like to display news from a particular section instead of a category in Ja-Newslight module.

I tried modifying getNews function in common.php but I couldn’t make it right. Can anyone help me with this please?

I figured it out myself. If anyone needs it:
In common.php just replace

."n AND a.catid = " . (int) $catid

with

."n AND a.sectionid = 1"
