I am using QContact form for contact us page.

I want to display some text and maybe picture before contact us and maybe after, like displaying Thank you page.

1. So first I need to display some text in few sentences with maybe photo.
2. then goes QContact form
3. then goes some text after QContact form
4. after visitor click Submit, I want to display Thank you page (though not necessary)

How to do this?
