If I go into the module manager and set the pages to all for either the slideshow or top module they still only show up on the front page. Is there something I can change so I can display these modules on other pages?

are BOTH the slideshow AND top module set to display on all pages?
As coded in the index.php at line 106, you must have both modules published.
