Getting a lot of strange layout issues with this template in Joomla 1.5 in the new IE8 – even in compatibility mode. Pages jump and shift, page layouts slide way left or right, type goes all over in strange ways – especially wrapper pages.

It worked fine in IE8 (in compatibility mode) with the Joomla 1.0.15 version of this template. I just made the switch because I wanted to add some components that were only available for Joomla 1.5

Displays perfect in FireFox (of course).

There’s also this strange white box that shows up on the navigation bar that only happens in IE but not Firefox – can’t figure out what that is or how to get rid of it.

Is there an issue with the Joomla 1.5 version of this template working in IE?

Any and all suggestions on how to make these strange layout jumps and shifts stop is greatly appreciated.

Never mind – decided to use one of your other emplates that works a lot better and doesn’t seem to have the quirky issues this one does with IE8
