We tested the extension you are using on the fresh package it worked fine.
Also, template comes with JA Disqus plugin, can you enable he configure the plugin and check video article.
I try to check it on your site but after disable joomlaworks plugin your site still loading their extension

Seems you have some kind of server cache.
Kindly disable cache and check it.

Sorry but i didn’t understand: i’ve not a cache on my site.
if i had a cache, the disqus’s plugin does not work on ALL of the article.

I just disabled the Joomlaworks plugin on your site : http://prntscr.com/eum9sr
For the time i enabled it again.

Please try this:
disable the Joomlaworks plugin.
Download JA Disqus comments plugin from Here
Download JA Disqus Debate Echo plugin for J3x
Install and configure it with your Disqus account and publish it to all category and check the video article page.

I tried but in the video page the problem continues…
Only if i put the option: after display content it load but this option is not good for me!

this image show that the disqus seems to not be loaded in the video article
