Unfortunately, due to our support policy, you’re free to use the purchased template in unlimited domains but it’s limited to 1 domain per support only. As I can see, you already registered with domain com****web.com.br so we can cover the technical matter in that domain only.

In case you want to ask for technical support in another domain, please go to your Profile, we do provide an add-on package where you can purchase to add more domain.

I can provide you with the solution this time, but please try to upload the test site in sub-domain instead because we cannot do this next time due to the policy. Please open file templates/ja_magz_ii/css/custom.css then change this code :

    padding: 30px;

as below :
