Hello

Pls open the file: templates/ja_seleni/css/template.css and find the following code:

div.ja-moduletable,
div.moduletable,
div.moduletable_menu,
div.moduletable_text,
div.moduletable_default {
margin-top: 8px;
margin-bottom: 15px;
padding: 0 0 20px;
position: relative;
}

pls adjust the value for the margin attribute
