Dear joelms6!

Pls open the file /modules/mod_jaslideshow2/assets/style.css and find the following css:

#ja-slideshow .ja-slide-thumb img {
background: #CCCCCC;
border: 1px solid #fff;
margin: 4px;
}

pls adjust marign, padding attribute in there
