I am trying to change the position of the h3 text using padding-top:10px;
But instead of the text moving, the entire module is moved down 10 pixels?
And if I try to pad the h3 text to the right, then the h3 background moves to an odd position,

How do I go about only changing the Module title position in the _hilite module prefix?

I am working on a local MAMP server, so there is no live site yet. :((
But isn’t it wrong when the entire module is shifted down when a padding-top value is added to the div.moduletable_hilite h3 {} tag?
