Did you used quickstart package to install your template ?
could you share a temp super user account for your backend so i can verify what exactly is missing on your website ?
No, i didn’t use the quickstart, i knew that with the quickstart package JA Healthcare has the doctors template but what if you install it separately. What if just you install the JA Healthcare template in an existent website? I have just installed the template in my existent website borsya.com which i had used purity iii now it is under development i fair to not get things complicated if i give you the login information for now. Now isn’t it possible to understand for you why the doctors template is missing while you just install the JA Healthcare template not the quickstart or full package?
Also if i have already have my website in purity iii template how can i install another quick start, i believe it is not possible.

I haven’t understood what you mean with doctors template , that’s why i asked a super user account to your website –
If i try to reach your website http://borsya.com/ i have a blank page
Since i cannot see nothing and cannot access your backend then the only thing i can suggest is to follow template documentation HERE Or install on a new folder of your website a quickstart version of the template so you can copy settings from it and reproduce same on your new website.

Thank you for your support It just solved, for a few days it was not displayed but after some day it appeared and i was able to select it.
