Same here. On a new install of Joomla 1.5 RC3, I get this error with legacy mode on:

Any resolve to this problem yet? I bought my membership solely to use this template for joomla 1.5, and this is killing me.

Seems to be some mishaps regarding the naming of the folder. Renaming the template folder from “jaquillaja” to ja_quillaja” seems to fix it without causing any other problems. Not yet atleast.
