I would suggest filling out a ticket @ http://support.joomlart.com/ — Trying to get help on the forum can sometimes take a longer amount of time. It’s more for searching and getting some help from the community, if they know how to solve your issue. This is not to say you cant “fill out” your post and flag it as need help from staff I just think you will get a faster reply using their support ticket system.
