Does Masshead work with K2?

Also I would like to simply have a slide show with images no text, can anyone help with that?

I’ve looked at the user guide and I cant quite understand how to configure this module

Yes and yes are the answers to your questions.

The slideshow all depends on what mode you are using. If you are pulling images from a category then you can set “Sho Description” to “No”. If you are pulling your images from a directory then you can remove the descriptions from the tags in the back end.
