Internally, our servers are set to our domain.com. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy.
On the JA Business template, when on our network or VPN, the slide show does not display. Once disconnected, it displays fine. Looking at the source file of the home page, our domain displays 5 times. 2 with the www infront of it, the other three without. Those 3 are causing the problem..
How can that be fixed?

How can that be fixed?</blockquote> wow, sounds like something is horribly wrong with your .htaccess or dns. You should ask godaddy to help you straighten it out.
