Hi,

I use JoomlArt Extensions Manager to update everything related to the template. When I try and update my template, I get the following error:

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.

I can update everything else. I can download the files manually and then do manual updates, but woyld prefer to use JoomlArt Extensions Manager to update out of date items

Did you added your Joomlart account details into service manager , Joomlart updater service ?

Yes I have. I can update component, modules and plugins.

Template gives an error

Which template are you trying to update ?

which joomla and php version you have ?

will try it on my local , you also tried upgrading from local repository ?

I use JA_Biz template. Joomla 3.6.2 and PHP version 5.6

Not used local, But I can download all files manually

Hi

I replicated your settings on my local and everything worked fine

I can suggest to uninstall then install again ja extension manager component and try to see if this solve your problem with it.
