Hi
I really like your T3 project and use a changed Purity Blank template. Now I want to use Maxi Menu and not the menus that are coming with the template. I can now see the menu on the site but the drop down doesn’t work. The same happens with Superfish Menu. The problem appears also with Purity II but not with Purity I.
Does anyone has a soulution?
Danny

September 9, 2010 at 5:51 pm #355064The Mega Menu System is much better. More flexibility, it is stable, works with IE6 and you want to use that?
Think again.Also,

Well, I actually like the Mega Menu more than all others except how it moves in and out. There I like Maxi Menu the most. So do you have any tutorial where it is described how to make it that
1. the menu items stand still and more and more appear (instead that it goes down as in standard)
2. it is moving fast at the beginning and slow at the end
3. it has this nice gaphical effect when you go over the menu?
Maxi Menu does exactly that. But I don’t know where and how to change Mega Menu because I am no professional. If it is possible to change the movement as described I really prefer your’s! Otherwise I’d like to have an answer to my question. (Maxi Menu also works with IE7.)
By the way thanks for the great T3 framework! I really love it and its free!!

September 10, 2010 at 11:49 am #355119Mega Menu provide 3 settings for the animation:
– slide
– fade
– slide & fadeYou can also set
– the animation time in miliseconds
– the deelay time in miliseconds.Read more here : http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Menu_Settings
Mega Menu WORKS WITH ALL BROWSERS: IE6, IE7, IE8, all Firefox, Chrome, Opera versions……
One last question: are you sure you want to use that?

January 28, 2011 at 6:54 am #374185on this page http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Menu_Settings you show the t3 framework global panel overview. I downoloaded the t2 and japurityII and modified the template, and I don’t have any of those type of panels. Did I miss something. I want to change the slider and all i have is under the template a box where I can change animation duration. I am trying to get the menu to slide down at about 100 but retreat at a faster pace. It lags on the page for too long normally and stops people from navigating.
