In the demo there is three dots (normal for all templates) after the last word there the sentence is cut off for the read more link, but of some reason it doesn’t work on my site. Where do i find the code or settings?

i have the latest version someone of ur staff installed this template and the dots are missing too in my site how can i fix this ?
