Can’t help myself… I just really like that menu/slideshow. I was under the impression that DHTML animations were a thing of the past. Isn’t the menu/slideshow on the link I gave flash? I am way behind the times when it comes to flash. I avoided learning it because it took too long to load. With today’s high speed internet, I am now trying to figure it out… just because I feel like I have to.

Off to look at some of your suggestions.

The flash menu is just a flash representation of the dhtml stuff

you wish to see really great flash visit the http://www.2advanced.com and http://www.3advanced.com

one of the more useful uses for flash I saw was a tutorial included with partition magic 8 I think it was very good and extremely well coded in general Flash is just a multimedia showcase medium as you said with the shift to broadband it’s now easier to suffer, I have heard that silverlight is Microsoft version of a similar thing? as is Adobe’s SVG?
