Hello,

I have asked this before and I still can NOT clear this. When I go to download a template everything seems fine. Then when I go to upload any template I get the following error message;

Upload template – Upload Failed
Unrecoverable error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)”
[ Continue … ]
Upload template

I have everything on my end setup correctly. I tried to open the the zip file to re-zip but when I go to open the zip file I get a message saying nothing is in the zip.

I am using IE6 and on the .12 of joomla. What can I do?

Which template package do you get error, Jason? We alway try to test all uploaded files to make sure they work fine.

A quick search on Google indicates this is common and generally refers to

[FONT=Times][FONT=Arial]Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

While this is not specific to your package
Khanh Le may get some ideas from the solution posed here

If you can tell us what the filename is we can try uploading the file to another location for you.

Thank you for your suggestion, Shannon. However, Jason said that he even cannot unzip the file. Therefore I guess he get a trouble with his network. I just want to know if he get the problem with all files or just with some files.
