Hello,

I’am trying to download an extension and it says that my account does not have permission to download this item.

I have an active JATC Standard Membership and here https://www.joomlart.com/pricing/ it says my subscription plan has access to download all templates and JATC Extensions. Jobboard is not included but the extension i’am trying to download is the popup module and popup plugin.

Can anybody from Joomlart team give me a help on this issue please?

Hi
With JATC membership you can download all extensions under JATC packages.
Open any template download page and you have access to download the extensions that come with JATC templates.
If you want to download all the JAEC extensions, you should also have a JAEC Membership.
