I am just trying to get an answer. I paid for JA WALL back in 2012. I am now trying to update to the latest template but am being told I do not have access.

How can I get the updates I need? Do I need to pay for it again?

Please answer this ASAP. I need the update and don’t want to have to pay for it if I am already entitled to it.

Your membership Ja Wall Bundle expired on 28 Dec 2013 you haven’t renewed it so actually you are not entitled to download updates

Okay… so it’s not a flat 49.00, it’s an ongoing 49.00 per year.
