Hallo,
I am an JATemplate Club Member. I have dowloaded a few template packages without any problem.
However I cannot download Extension (or Documentation) from JA Commercial Extensions Section. Every time I have tried to download I received this message in reply:
smms, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else’s post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can you help me?
Thank you.smms

August 27, 2008 at 5:11 pm #267581looks like the way they set it up , thats what you need. ARGH!
August 28, 2008 at 12:40 pm #267680this contradicts what I was told when I contacted support by email a couple of weeks ago.
Here’s the message that I got 31 Jul 2008:
We would like to clarify that only paid members on JoomlArt are entitled to download our beta extensions (JA News, JA Showcase, JA Tabs, JA Highslide, JA Flowlist) and these extensions are currently offered for free.
Please feel free to contact us if we are of any further assistance.
Sincerely,
An NguyenAlso many of the pages for these extensions state specifically that:
“However, during the beta release, you can download and use it free of charge at your own risk.”
There is a link, but the links do not allow full members to download them… I’m not very satisfied.
August 28, 2008 at 1:53 pm #267712Yes, it is just therefore.
As I have already said: if I need just the Documentation of Highslide extension, I have to pay for a developer license?
See moreover this thread (http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-insert-a-gallery/) where a simple licensed member cannot insert a gallery whit JAhighslide. He is invited to get the documentation, which is not available for simple licensed memeber.
This is also my problem. How can I set this extension without documentation?Sincerely,
