Hi, I would like agiornare template jateline V 1.0.4 to V 1.0.6. Why you must have a subscription to a simple upgrade ? It does not seem correct policy … I want an explanation, my template presents malfunctions, i wish to upgrade to the latest version to see if they have been resolved.

Hi Willer,
It is stated clearly at our Sign-Up page that access to downloads, support and new releases is available for paid members during their active membership period only. You need to renew membership to keep your membership active if you want to download our latest template updates.
Exception to this rule can only be made in case you raised a bug report to our support team and your membership happened to expire before we could release a fix to this bug, in that case we could gladly provide you new template update with the bug fix.

Looks like this issue you described has not been reported to us before, I found no match in the changelogs for JA Teline V version 1.0.5 & 1.0.6
It’s very possible that this is not even a bug, you can renew membership to regain support access and our technical staff will go to your site to investigate the problem directly for you.
