    yup – their support tickets give the same error. CRAP! I need to download a template to get working on now, and I paid for this privilege.

    I am trying to download Kyanite II

    I can’t download anything either. It was working yesterday. This morning, I get a server error

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
