Hi, I tried to download this template and I keep being sent to a non-existing page. I tried with chrome, IE and FF – same issue.

I tried to download a random template – i.e. ja Edenite – same thing!

Cannot download a thing! I am beginning to worry because I have duly paid my membership, and that clearly can’t be why I don’t have download access?

HELP, Please

P.S. my PRIMARY support link was ALSO not working.

I am having the same problem. I just joined today and none of the downloads are working and the support link doesnt work. Should i get my money back?

They are probably experiencing some difficulties – I have never really had any issues and I have been a member for 4 years now – everything has been really great. Let’s hope it’s just a temporary glitch in the system.

I don’t know. Let’s give them a couple of hours – they will probably fix it. I sent them a tweet though, just in case.

Hello,

One of the servers seem to be down or just not available at the moment. No need to worry im sure it will be fixed as soon as posible.

Both the premium support and the downloads are down for what i see.

And for the new people just joined im sorry for not being able to download just after joining. I realise thats the first thing you want to do 🙂
