HI
its seems the Drop down option for menu is turn off from Mega menu . In this case i need to check this directly on your site . Kindly post your site super user details for JA Mods/Staff so i can check it .

Hi
Becuase the show Submenu options was set to NO , http://prntscr.com/arrzhm that’s why there is no submenu showing .
I changed it into Yes , Now submenu showing on site .
