I am working on Ja Teline IV with Jat3 latest version. The menu works well as in demo until I extend another level. The font does not displace properly as in attache image.
Support is highly appreciated.

No support? Well, I think we have to save ourselves. I’ll change the menu structure so that we don’t need 3rd level menu items.

Can we have a link so we can see the problem. Also, which version of Joomla are you running, J1.5 or J1.6?

Hi Phill Luckhurst,
Thank you. I know you have your prioritization policy on customer support, and I also know that I am not on the top half of the list. That is why every time I request for support on this forum, it ended that I have to find an alternative solution.

I just help out when I can but if you really need support urgently on an issue then it is best to raise a support ticket rather than rely on the forums.
