July 31, 2012 at 10:12 am #462703Hi kevinag,
You can go to the k2 component back-end, there click at the Parameters button to go to the parameters setting section you would see a field of jQuery library handling choose this field to Load v1.7.1 (local copy) that I hope would help.
If it does not you can pm me the url, admin account and the FTP info as well for further checking 🙂kevinag Friendkevinag

August 7, 2012 at 4:31 am #463428Hi kevinag,
I opened the file templates/ja_nex/blocks/head.php and added this code
<script type=”text/javascript”>
jQuery.noConflict();
</script>Right below the tag <jdoc:include type=”head” />
It helped to get rid of the problem, You can check it again yourself 🙂

August 8, 2012 at 2:49 pm #463616Mr. Sherlock Homes you are the best Joomla detective ever! Thanks again for the assist. And I’m starting to see how to correct these conflicts myself a little bit, so thanks for the training, as well!
