Hi there

I am using the contact 4.1
I have added a field called ‘Nature of enquiry’ and set it as a dropdown with several options.
It does not work when I publish the page

Please can you tell me where I am going wrong.

Hi
I checked your site and noticed the issue is only with ja decor template not with ja builder template.
I raised this bug to the development team for fix it in next update of the builder.
