Hi,

We don’t override style in responsive view, do you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site? pls try to temporarily disable them first.

I confirm @gedasbn25 issue.

Uhm, also with iPad checking my site http://www.gruppodacs.it sublevel menu is not active!
ps In landscape mode, in portrait mode it seems ok!

Hi guys,

It seems that the issue happens when the parent menu item has menu type of Menu Heading. I will pass to the team for further checking.

In the meantime, you can change the type for parent menu item to ‘External URL’ and put # in the Link option. It would work: http://prntscr.com/en043r
