Hi!
I integrated into my template JA TABS and JA BULLETIN in TELINE III, but with the dropdown menu there is an incompatibility when I want to roll on.
I dont know which module is the problem (JATABS or JABULLETIN).

Yes, you open the template.css file and find the following css

#ja-mainnav { line-height: 1; position: relative; z-index: 9; }

replace:

#ja-mainnav { line-height: 1; position: relative; z-index: 99; }
