The dropdown menu on MegaMenu works OK on a desktop, but on an iPad it does not stay open. It reaches the open position and then closes. This has also been reported to occur on a desktop computer.

Kindly check you are using latest version of template and T3. Also publish the 3rd party extensions one by one and check the site.

Maybe there is issue from any 3rd party extensions.

I believe I am using the latest version and I am baffled that it works on one platform and not another.

Apologies for the admin panel. I forgot the security layers that will not give you access.

Firstly you will need to give me your IP address so I can whitelist it and I will amend the post to give you the protected URL.

You will get 404 error, which is why I said you will need to give me your IP to be whitelisted.
