Does this happen after adding new position? as I can see you just added a new position, and it may cause this issue. You should follow that thread for this concern too

I think after adding a new module position.
I saw that problem just after adding sub menu items.

Hi Nilgunce,

This is the Menu module of Joomla, and it doesn’t support the drop down as the Megamenu
