With or without the jazin plugin active, once you’ve successfully removed section and category content you don’t want and added menu items to non-article content, the following happens and it is driving me crazy:

    1) the second level menu will not appear unless you hover over a selection in the top menu – it should stay open all the time, just like the top level

    2) the top level menu selection that corresponds to the page you are on does not remain highlighted anymore

    3) the color corresponding to the top level menu selection does not appear in the menu anymore

I have rebuilt the menu 4 times now trying it a variety of ways – if you try to add other things besides sections or categories (which is imperative) you lose all control of the dropline menu – and the dropline menu is the coolest thing about this template – I really want it to work…

I have the exact same problem with this menu.

    Admin, please advice…

    Ok, easy solution.
The section ID changed (of course) so we need to assign a new color in JA NEWS module.

The guy that posted after me apparently got his menu color issue fixed, which had NOTHING to do with what I was asking.

3 WEEKS LATER AND NO RESPONSE? Ridiculous.

By the way, I tossed that template out and went with one from Gavick.
