An acknowledgement response is all fine and good … but without some kind of realistic estimation as to when/how they might be able to solve this issue – it’s of little value above/beyond the acknowledgement.
And though you might see a similar problem in other sites … I still think it’s very unprofessional looking.
Even if it’s only for a second or two.
If it’s a loading order issue, can not this be corrected within the code?

Here is the patch file for JA Dropline menu, please extract it and replace the current file in templates/ja_iris/ja_menus.
