DT Register Upcoming events module works on all other pages except the front page. Links on DT Register Upcoming events module works on all pages except for the front page. Just refreshes the front page when I select one of the calendar events.

To troubleshoot, You can try to disable extensions one by one which have been assigned mainly for homepage to see for conflicts
