Whenever I click on a virtuemart “product” category from the link menu, it loads with TWO JA News modules and looks really bad…

How can I remove both of them in the virtuemart product section?

JA Xenia is tuned to work with JA News module and load a module name ja-news by default. Therefore, when you install JA News module, you don’t need following the instruction in the module to modify your Xenia template. We have noted that the instruction apply for other templates than Xenia.

To fix your problem, you only need reupload the template index.php file for the xenia template.

You can make Ja News not appear at all on the product pages by selecting “mainmenu | Home” in the “Menu Item Link(s):” box in the Ja-News module settings. Selecting this will make Ja-News load on the home page only.
