solved: I am trying to set up Methys template but on all pages a duplicate of the main menu appears below the content block. I have unpublished all but 3 modules (custom html in users 6,7,8) just to highlight the problem, otherwise the copy menu sits in the black footer.
Have reinstalled the template with no change. Menu doesn’t appear if I switch to other templates.Check it out at:

Hello,
This is something i have never seen before! Can you please let me know if you are using on any other menu items any other template than JA Methys because i would like to try a solution but i don’t want to change any of your settings or customizations please.

I have deleted all the other templates that I was trying out to no effect. There was a duplicate of the main menu being used in User 12 position in a module but it was disabled and is now deleted, again to no effect.
I can’t find the source of the problem, please help solve it as we are keen to use this template but are stuck.
I reinstalled the T3 plugin and now no T3 templates will work, instead only the following mesage shows:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Browser in /var/www/vhosts/pnghs.school.nz/httpdocs/jla/jupgrade/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/libs/Browser.php on line 139
Hi. I uninstalled everything ever downloaded from joomlart, templates, plugins, modules…. and reinstalled the lot and everything seems to be OK now. Lets hope it stays that way…

Hi,
I can only “guess” that the problem had to do with the upgrade but since the problem is gone now i believe that you won’t face the same problem again.
Maybe a snippet of code was left during the upgrade process.
