Hi,
I’ve found a duplicate Page layouts overwrite text area entry inside the template configuration page. I’ve confirmed this error to exist inside the template and inside the quickstart setup.

To fix, open your templateDetails.xml file and completely delete line 134

<param name="page_layouts" type="textarea" cols="50" rows="8" default="" label="Page layouts overwrite" description="Page layouts overwrite desc" />
