    Every time a new buyer creates a virtue mart account, a duplicate account is also created in the database with the same login username but a different full name, email address and shipping address that seems to be automatically created for both accounts with random values. On the confirmation page, it says “a confirmation email has been sent to ..” and a random email is given. So the person who signs up , does not receive the email order.

    Is there a bug fix for this issue?

    Go to Database, try to find this table #__vm_order_user_info and empty it
