Hi,

I am quite beginner in Joomla.

I have picture Download on page that when visitor clicks on it should download file from my web site.

How should I make a link from picture to file (lets say file is in Download folder, or any other if needed)?

Just link the image to the file download.
Click image in editor and click link icon in editor. Browse to download file or input link.
