In order to remove the copyright, you need a Developer Membership!

But, to remove the Copyright as a Standard Member (like yourself) you can purchase the Copyright Removal Tool from JA (somewhere in the Members Area).

However, here are the instructions anyway:

The copyright information is in the folder: templates/ja_rochea and the file to edit is: footer.php and the text is scattered after the line “You may change this file to suit your site needs”

Hi,
After have paid for the tool and received the invoice, I contact the support many times and did not receive any answer on how to download the purchased tool nor where is the link or file for me to use.

I had absolutely no answer from joomlart.com.

How do I proceed?

Any help?

What you purchase is the RIGHT to remove the product.

The word “Tool” is simply referring to the PDF that comes with it that explains how to remove the footer.

That is all.

but there is no pdf attached except my Invoice.

How do I get this PDF file, do you know or shall I keep trying since I have not received any replies from Joomla Art yet?

You’r not the only one who didnt receive instructions after payment, but indeed you now have the right to change it and its not really hard. From wich JA template do you want to remove copyright?

If you go to the member’s area the PDF should be available to download in there (possibly under payments section).
