I’m trying to setup a new website using ja cagox and the new system of compiling/recompiling is driving me crazy.

I edited the css files from /templates/ja_cagox/local/css and after i clicked less to css, now they are reverted to original state.

Which are the css files which can be edited so that my changes should remain ?
