I published the footer module in Joomla, and tried editing the info under /templates/ja_rutile/html/mod_footer/default.php but I don’t see it on the site? Is tht the correct plave to edit it?

I tested and you edited right file, maybe clear cookie and refresh(Ctrl+F5) your browser
