When I go to contact us module, (http://digeecare.com/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1&Itemid=125), I get few text lines as below:

Hi Joomlagt!

Please go to your administrator -> extensions -> plugin manager and check if JA Map plugin is installed and enabled. If not please install and active it. Download JA Map in my attachment.
