Hello,

I am having an issue editing any file from a template. I changed the footer.php, uploaded new version and receive “restricted access”. I changed the colors on ja-transmenuh.css, now the menu does not work.

Any thoughts?

I believe they have JA-Rochea installed.

A clients website. “They” lost the person originally setting up the web site. Now I don’t believe it is permission problems, because neither the CSS or footer.php file work after slight changes with any permission level.

Any thoughts on the problem?
